1. About These Terms / 关于本条款
These Terms of Service govern your use of auraliu.com and any purchase of services or products through this website. The website is operated by Auraliu International Limited, registered in Hong Kong (“Auraliu”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms.
本服务条款规管您对 auraliu.com 的使用,以及通过本网站购买任何服务或产品的行为。本网站由在香港注册的 Auraliu International Limited(以下简称”Auraliu””我们”)运营。下单即表示您确认接受本条款。
2. Services / 服务
Consulting services offered through Auraliu AI Studio are provided on a time-based basis and charged accordingly. We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. The specific scope of each engagement is confirmed with you before the service is delivered.
通过 Auraliu AI Studio 提供的咨询服务按时间计费。我们将以合理的技能与谨慎提供服务。每项委托的具体范围将于服务交付前与您确认。
3. Pricing and Payment / 价格与支付
All prices are displayed on the website at the point of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
所有价格于购买时显示于网站。支付通过 Stripe 安全处理。付款成功完成后,您的订单即告确认。
4. Cancellation and Refunds — Services / 取消与退款 — 服务
For consulting services, you may cancel and request a refund at any time before the service has been delivered. Refunds for cancellations made before delivery will be issued less any payment processing fees charged by Stripe, which are non-refundable.
就咨询服务而言,您可在服务交付前的任何时间取消并申请退款。交付前取消的退款将扣除 Stripe 收取的支付处理费(该费用不予退还)后发放。
Once a consulting service has been delivered, it is charged on a time basis and is not refundable.
咨询服务一经交付,即按时间计费,不予退款。
5. Returns and Refunds — Products / 退货与退款 — 产品
This section applies to physical products purchased through Collections.
本节适用于通过 Collections 购买的实体产品。
5.1 Return Window / 退货窗口期
You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
您可在收到产品后 14 日内退货。退货产品须未经使用、保持原始状态,并保留原始包装。
5.2 How to Return / 退货流程
Before returning any product, you must contact support@auraliu.com to obtain a return authorisation. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
退货前,您须先联系 support@auraliu.com 取得退货授权。未经事先授权寄回的退货可能不予受理。
5.3 Return Shipping Costs / 退货运费
For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is borne by you. The product remains your responsibility until it reaches us; we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
因改变心意而退货的,退货运费由您承担。在退货送达我们之前,该产品的风险由您承担;我们建议使用可追踪且已投保的物流服务。
5.4 Fragile Items / 易碎品
Our glass works are fragile by nature. When returning a product, you must pack it securely to prevent damage in transit. We are unable to refund items that are damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
我们的琉璃作品本质易碎。退货时,您须妥善包装以防止运输途中损坏。因包装不当导致退货运输途中损坏的产品,我们无法退款。
5.5 Refunds / 退款
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the product, less any payment processing fees charged by Stripe, which are non-refundable.
我们收到并检查退回产品后,将通知您处理结果。经批准的退款将于我们收到产品后 14 日内,退回至您的原支付方式,并扣除 Stripe 收取的支付处理费(该费用不予退还)。
5.6 Faulty or Misdescribed Goods / 瑕疵或与描述不符的产品
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact support@auraliu.com promptly. In such cases we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no cost to you. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).
如产品送达时已损坏、存在瑕疵或与描述不符,请尽快联系 support@auraliu.com。此类情形下,我们将安排更换或全额退款(含运费),您无需承担任何费用。本节内容不影响您根据《货品售卖条例》(第 26 章)享有的法定权利。
6. Your Responsibilities / 您的责任
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use this website only for lawful purposes.
您同意在下单时提供准确信息,并仅将本网站用于合法目的。
7. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auraliu shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
在法律允许的最大范围内,Auraliu 不对因使用本网站或我们的服务而产生的任何间接或后果性损失负责。本条款中的任何内容均不排除或限制我们因疏忽导致的人身伤亡责任、欺诈责任,或根据香港法律不可排除的任何责任。

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Auraliu and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction / 管辖法律与司法管辖
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖。因本条款引起的任何争议须受香港法院专属司法管辖。
10. Changes to These Terms / 条款变更
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date of revision.
